How long does it take to receive a pair of trousers or a skirt?

 

This depends on the number of orders we are working on when we receive your order. All of our garments are handmade to your measurements, on average it takes 15 days to receive your item from us. This time frame can be even less for jersey knit skirts and trousers.

 

How much does delivery cost and how long will delivery take?

 

All our deliveries are by private courier (usually TNT) and cost € 20.00 per package for anywhere in many Europe states. On average, it takes a maximum of 3 working days from dispatch to delivery.

 

Free delivery is offered on orders over a given amount.

 

Do you deliver overseas? If so, what are the delivery costs?

 

We offer worldwide delivery :) and obviously the cost will vary according to the destination.  You will be informed about these costs in the order confirmation that you will receive by email following your order.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

 

We accept payment by PayPal and bank transfer.

 

Even if you do not have a registered account with PayPal you can still use the service to pay by credit card or prepaid card. All in a safe and simple process. When you use PayPal for payment, we don't have access to your credit card details as the transaction is securely processed through the PayPal site.

 

If you are paying by bank transfer, you will receive the details you require to make the payment in the order confirmation sent to your email following your order.

 

What happens if the garment I receive is defective or the measurements vary from those I submitted?

 

You can return the item to us and after we have repaired it, we will return it to you completely at our expense (including all delivery costs). You can also request a full refund of the amount paid if you decide that you don't want to have the defective garment repaired.

 

You must inform us of any defects within 3 days of receiving your item. You can access all these details in the General Conditions of Purchase available on our site and also attached to the order confirmation you will receive following your order.

 

How do I take measurements?

 

On our website, we offer a guide How to take measurements which contains detailed instructions on how to take all the required measurements.

 

In addition to this, during the checkout process, when you are requested to submit your measurements, information will be provided on how to take each measurement.

 

Can I return the garment to be repaired if I make a mistake and submit an incorrect measurement?

 

Yes, you can return the garment and have it repaired at no extra charge. You will be responsible for just the delivery costs.
